How are your downloadable products delivered?
All of our downloads are delivered to you immediately after purchase through e-junkie.

You will be redirected to a download page after purchase completion. If you accidentally close your browser or wish to download at a later time, you will also receive an email to the address used at checkout which will include the download links.

Please remember the download links will expire after 1 download or 5 days (120 hours).
Do I have to have a PayPal account to purchase from Listener’s Digest?
No. We use the PayPal system to facilitate your purchase. You may use your PayPal account if you have one or you may use any accepted credit card.

When you are ready to checkout: From our shopping cart, click on the PayPal logo and you will be prompted to either log in to PayPal to use that account or, beneath that, click Continue under “Don’t have a PayPal account?” to purchase using a credit card.
What format are your files?
Downloadable files are delivered in MP3 format at 32Kbps. Our retail CDs are recorded in CD Audio Format (.cda).
On which players can I listen to Listener’s Digest titles?
The retail CDs are recorded in CD Audio format (.cda) and can be played on any cd player.

Any player that can read an MP3 file can play Listener’s Digest titles.

If you have an IPOD or ITunes device, you can use your ITunes software to convert the file to an ITunes compatible file.
Do I need any special software to listen to the downloadable MP3 titles?
No. Any software that can play an MP3 file can play a Listener’s Digest title. There are hundreds of software products that play MP3 files. Some of the more common that come preloaded on today’s computers, or can be downloaded free on the Internet include:
  • Winamp
  • Musicmatch
  • RealPlayer
  • Windows Media Player
Can I burn a Listener’s Digest file to a CD?
Yes. If you want to burn the file to a CD you will first need CD burning software. The downloaded file is an MP3 format – which means simply burning that to a CD in that format will require a CD player that can play MP3 files. If you have an older CD player that you will be playing it on, you will need to select - Create Audio CD - from within your burning software which will then convert it to a standard music format (.cda) file.
Can I copy a Listener’s Digest file to another device?
Listener’s Digest files are Copyrighted material. Upon purchase you can load the file to any device you own as well as burn it to a CD for play. The files may not be distributed to other people or entities. Please refer to the Copyright Notice and Click-thru Agreement that you accepted upon purchase of a Listener’s Digest title.
How long are Listener’s Digest titles?
As advertised, all Listener’s Digest titles are either abridged novels or self-contained short stories. All titles can be heard in about an hour. Our titles running time range from approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour 10 minutes.
Choose from many titles by all of your favorite authors. Each book is about an hour long and costs only $5!
